ABOUT
Daniel was born on February 12, 1991, and lived most of her life in what is known as “the periphery.” From a very young age, Daniel has been creating her own world from a sensitive and curious point of view, while constantly searching for the connection between people and nature, body, soul and energy.
Daniel’s self-exploration involved writing, painting, drumming, singing and acting. Daniel studied in different musical programs and performed in the most prestigious stages in Israel.
Daniel’s works are revealing, authentic and turbulent microcosm that leaves no place to hide. Daniel has spiced each of her projects with passion and tons of groove.
Daniel brings a new feminine voice that doesn’t follow the rules.
She uses her unique sound that is very difficult to pin down: It’s a combination of pop, hip hop, soul, afro authentic beat, peppered throughout with a sweet, spicy sauce.
Daniel’s first encounter with an audience wasn't a typical one. It happened long before her first single, when Daniel was completely anonymous. Yet she was able to leave a mark on the Caesaria stage, when she joined the band “Teapacks,” in 2014.
Since then, Daniel put out a very successful debut album in 2019, “Tori Lomar.” She has performed hundreds of times with many projects, allowing her to develop what was already embedded in her since a very young age: the ability to captivate an audience with her charm. Daniel’s star shines far and wide. Her voice is so unique and rare, every note her own, that it casts a captivating spell.
Among her many other projects, Daniel is the singer and composer of the album “Sun&Moon” by Black Guru that was a Senegal-Israel co-production, recorded in 2014. She was also the singer and composer in “Armon Bazman Orchestra” between the years 2012-2016.
Her Second and last to date album "Yesh lean lachzor" came out in 2022 and was produced by Tomer Yosef (of the “Balkan Beat Box”).
Beside her many other talents, Daniel is also a yoga and breath teacher. She accompanies women through emotional strain and teaches seminars using holistic methods of writing and composing.
